Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) announced the execution of a Strategic Licensing, Manufacturing, Supply and Revenue Sharing Agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc., securing exclusive commercialization rights for proprietary nutraceutical formulations throughout the United States and Canada.

The agreement covers MD PHD Wellness’ flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical formulation, which will be marketed under Synbio’s Healing Force™ brand, and establishes a framework for evaluating and commercializing additional proprietary wellness products. The arrangement gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary nutraceutical products without developing formulations independently, significantly accelerating the company’s path to revenue generation.

Structure of the Agreement

MD PHD Wellness will oversee product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, while Synbio handles branding, marketing, sales, and distribution. After approved manufacturing and commercialization costs are recovered, profits from product sales will be shared between the parties.

“This agreement represents a transformational milestone for Synbio,” said Claudio Solitario, Chief Executive Officer of Synbio International. The partnership combines MD PHD Wellness’ product expertise with Synbio’s commercialization capabilities, positioning the company for immediate revenue generation while expanding its wellness portfolio over time.

“We believe this partnership creates an efficient and scalable business model,” Solitario continued, noting that as the global nutraceutical market expands, Synbio is positioned to participate through scientifically developed products while advancing its longer-term AI-driven healthcare technologies.

Scientific Leadership

MD PHD Wellness was founded by Dr. Robert Lawrence, who holds Ph.D. degrees in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering and whose career spans medicine, biomedical engineering, microbiology, pharmacology, and nutraceutical development. His research includes innovations in cellular regeneration, natural product delivery systems, medical technologies, and pharmaceutical applications.

Co-founder Dr. David Anderson is an experienced physician, researcher, and scientific consultant who played a key role in developing the proprietary formulations licensed to Synbio. He served as Research Physician and Senior Research Scientist at a prominent New York-based university, participating in the evaluation and scientific validation of therapeutics, nutraceuticals, and emerging healthcare technologies. His work has included collaborations with leading academic institutions, government agencies, and commercial organizations, and he has been recognized in Marquis Who’s Who.

Building a Diversified Healthcare Company

The agreement advances Synbio’s broader strategy of building a diversified healthcare company that pairs near-term revenue from commercial wellness products with longer-term value creation from its AI-driven mental health technologies. The dual-track approach is intended to provide multiple avenues for growth while establishing recurring commercial revenue to support continued investment in innovation.
